Hi, I’m Stephanie Bell.

Main Street Wellness happened from a series of career choices in life that just kept snowballing and leading me to something bigger that I did not even see coming. My background is photography, food photography specifically. Ive been shooting in the commercial world for 15 years creating beautiful menus, ads and cookbooks to which I was introduced to ingredients and food pairings that this southern girl had never even heard of.

All of this new found food led me to understand sourcing and quality foods on a whole new level… which also led me straight to a gym to work it all off! As I learned more and more of how the two intertwined I began coaching as way to hold myself accountable and create a healthy lifestyle not only for my clients but also for my family. But yet I still kept searching for more. I found myself doing research on how deficiencies in our diets we causing issues that most of us chalk up to aging. I looked for answers for my overly energized 7 year old, and my dad who had suffered from migraines for over a decade… all of which led me to going back to school and learning as much as I could to hopefully make a impact on more and more lives.

I genuinely care about helping others figure out the jungle that has become our food system and the diet culture surrounding it. I specialize in helping families create healthy habits at home and educating kids on food choices to understand how it effects how you feel day to day. I love going through the process with a family when the light bulb goes off that this isn’t nearly as hard or complicated that they had once thought it was.

But most importantly I want to HELP cut out the guesswork, empower your kids and raise a generation of healthy individuals who understand food + movement and its importance on your well being.
